On the issue of the DNa the expense is not entirely on the person who requested for it . If the court is satisfied that the person can not afford , the state will pay.

some points seem inaccurate here. It says that if a child earns an income (no matter how little) the child is considered Self Supporting and the mother/father can approach the court to have the maintenance order discharged.
