You need to tell the truth...Fellas child support arrears are calculated the day your girl sign up for child support... Say she went to CSEA in July, and your court date is September... They gonna say that from whence she signs up for support, that's when you should have paid child support...the kicker is they dont know the amount until you get to court...thats when they take what you make then, and calculate it to their scale...now multiply that by the 3 months you were waiting for court to establish child support, and thats how they get you on arrears as soon as you leave the courtroom....she needs to tell the truth...fellas, don't bring your pay info and make sure u ask for full disclosure of the contract in which they trying to make with you... No child support payment portal has the information, no "click 1 if you want information on..." Number... No where really... And I want to pay it off right now...
