In Real Life, the one who can love all the time is : Jesus. Luckily, he is God of this universe.

He's basically took advantage of an underaged girl who was kept from knowing anything about the world by an abusive mother. She'd "love" anyone who treated her nicely, she doesn't know any better. He does.

girls with trauma normally aren't kind, loving or naive... most of the time they are abusive. I don't see what is wrong with people praising a girl who is kind, loving and naive. That's what most men are attracted to. That's the point of the movie. I don't blame the main caracter for falling for the girl. U can argue if it's morally acceptable but the caracteristics that the female caracter expresses are not signs of trauma. Being sheltered by a mom is not abuse. Unless she was actively abused by her parents u can't say that keeping a dauther from knowing the dangers of society and how awfull humans can be is abuse. U get traumatize the more u are exposed to traumatic events. Being kept away from society although might seem as traumatic, is not cause that is all u know. The more u expose your self to the world the higher the chances of getting traumatized. if the goal of the movie was to show how bad the male caracter was for falling for the girl than they wouldn't have depicted the female caracter as they did. They would probaly tell that she was underaged or showened clear signs of trauma.

And of course the movie’s goal is not to demonize the guy, but it doesn’t mean that it’s not still creepy and wrongheaded. The girl is basically a child. He would have to teach her everything about the world (like a child); she would rely on him to survive (like a child); but, oh, he gets to have sex with her too! Awesome. It’s an extremely selfish, borderline abusive “love”. I wasn’t even knocking the movie, though, because it’s a fantasy. It’s the slew of comments pining for this in real life that really made me cringe.

@@mr.stickguy6841 It's scary because without having good people to look out for us, People like me Really struggle to function out in the real world. Often personalities like mine and daisy characters come about from severe childhood trauma, neglect and abuse. Normal situations Can be overwhelming And cause a functional breakdown. You see this in the movie when Daisy is curled up and rocking. I find it scary because , It wasn't for that man, She would have been stock in that mental institution, Never getting to learn about the world or herself. But he also could have easily of been a bad person and things could have not turned out so well. If he didn't run back to find her, I hate to think what could have happened to her physical physically ,mentally. It would not have taken much for her to end up spending the rest of her life in an institution. I find that scary, As I see a lot of myself in her character. If my husband wasn't such a good, loving, caring, Patient man, I hate to think what would have happened to me. I have this interlight that glows and spreads out to the people around me, However, It's like I'm a light in a lighthouse. And my husband is the lighthouse Keeper. My light is most effective and stable with his protection and care. Without him my glow is not as bright.

You shouldn't be scared, grab a hold of your husband and don't ever lose him. You're so lucky to have him. It's quiet evident to the way how you speak, that he is a responsible and a loving husband as you described him to me.
