I think from experience, Scott called lets say around midnight drunk or on drugs asking about what hotdogs they had on the rollers. The store clerk would say something about taking the hotdogs off around 10 or 11 PM. Scott would then ask why would you toss out hotdogs customers deserve to have hots dogs at midnight if they wanted. Clerk would make a remark about why would someone want hotdogs that been on a roller for 6 hours. Scott thinking that was a attack on him started to call him a punk as such. Clerk hung up then maybe answered the phone when scott called back, but then stop answering the phone. Scott would then go down there and this video happened.
