Abhijit Baruah thing I’ve noticed is it has been like this for maybe the past 5 years when there’s been proshot footage. I’ll say this though, this is one of those few cases I’ve heard where the bass kind of dominates the mix.

Really cool to get to hear Henkka's tone so clearly. His sound was a huge influence on my own bass tone and started the quest for the dream tone. Now that I've been in tonal heaven for a few years I'm trying to work out how to get that tone without breaking my back lugging the Ampeg around.

The mixing is not bad, the audio in the video is coming from the bassist's monitor. The audio is probably coming from the camera beside the bassist at around 50 seconds in.

@@ss-maem en mi caso yo soy de Venezuela y asi es, ellos se presentaron en caracas en el 2011 pero desgraciadamente yo no pude ir y me arrepiento bastante ya que debido a la crisis economica actual ya los conciertos en mi pais estan "extintos" no solo los de metal sino tambien los de cualquier genero musical, es horrible esta crisis apenas podemos comer mucho menos podemos pagar una entrada y bueno ahora es mucho peor pues a cada rato se va la luz, imaginate en pleno concierto que se vaya la luz???? que caotico seria. saludos desde mi amada y dolida Venezuela!

@@saniheariverom1447 gracias! que bueno leer un comentario de una venezolana (bueno eso supongo jejeje) esperemos que esos dias dorados regresen lo mas pronto posible. creo que los ultimos verdaderos conciertos buenos de metal que se dieron fue en el 2011 ya despues en el 2012 fueron desapareciendo. al ultimo que fui fue el de mago de oz en la gira de despedida de jose. tambien fui en 2013 al de saxon pero fue en el gillmanfest (ese no lo cuento como concierto independiente) en fin la esperanza es lo ultimo que se pierde

temuzero I didn’t hate his voice on albums or live, but it seemed to get a lot worse after Halo of Blood or just before, between 2012 and 2013, but from I worship Chaos onwards, his live voice really went to shit. I know it’s not the easiest to maintain, however I’ve seen other vocalists manage to maintain it somehow.
