What happened to the Child Protective Services of my day when I was growing up? Back then they actually did their jobs. With child support cases, food stamps and everything else. They helped families instead of destroying them.

Bs the courts are not independent because what the social workers say is gospel to them, and what parents say is dismissed, I've been through this process, I've never been warned or cautioned by the police, let alone been arrested or charged with a crime, never harmed a child either, but my son was taken from birth and put up for adoption on the risk of significant harm, this prosess is absolutely disgusting, I've never been given the chance to prove my self as a parent, the social worker lied through her teeth about the answers I'd given during the assessments, but ultimately the courts believe the social worker over the parents every time, I should of recorded everything, because at least then I would be believed, I do not know the reasons the social worker lied about my responses but she did, and for that reason I know you can't trust them, please anyone reading this and involved with social services I beg you to record everything because they may seem friendly and truthful, but they are not working for you and your child's best interests, in my view and experiences with them, they have their own motives, and for that reason record everything, so save you the pain, grieve and possibly that you won't see you child for 18 years, it's not worth the risk, of not seeing them walk for the first time, talk for the first time and miss out on all the little things you take for granted in this life...... This is what happened to my boys. We were a happy family (but struggling) but our children never went without and were always happy. Our mistake was asking for help, some guidance.... But we got SS which lied, poked and stressed us out. Made us look bad and lied to destroy my family. They tried saying my partner had, had another child with another woman, which put stress/on me and our family (was also untrue). Also because I have BPD disorder, they had deemed me fit not to be a mother (which was not true) because if there was anything in this world I Excelled at, it was being a great mother, with endless amounts of love to share. Ive never felt In my element like that before, to have these beautiful children doting on me that, I doted back on. But I'd had this BPD because I had been through traumatic births. They were not natural births (which also caused pnd, but I had that sorted with help & BPD was very much under control) and my 2nd little boy was born 2 months early because, I had contracted sepsis. I'd contracted sepsis because my waters were broken, leaking slowly for four weeks, going unnoticed by hospital professionals and midwife. So I carried on with life thinking I had a week bladder, then I started to feel real unwell and spotted blood, then nearly died, & my son died twice straight after birth also It was so traumatic to witness that, I thought he was dead helpless to do anything. Any while Everything is good after that for a while and family life with my 1st little boy was/is so good as it had always been and he was happy to meet his baby brother. Finally Cameron came home to his big brother lewis and life carried on but, our son had some problems due to being premature and we did our best, but we needed help..... And there is no shame in asking. But we got the SS instead and instead of helping us they picked and pulled our family apart. And they ended up with lesbians. I just want to die every day that I'm not with them and my baby girl which they took from the hospital , (hope) 😥. But I want to fight that they were forcibly adopted & be reunited with them sooner, rather than die. Its injustice and disgusting. They have no care for the children's wellbeing and they do very much conspire with family ajudges for a "sale" in there eyes. They get 26k per 1 child forced into adoption. They're savage! And under qualified.

Maybe children who have had this cruel fate, forced up on them even though they are safe should be suing the government . For taking away their right to a family life. The government is aware and letting this draconian practice happen- it’s wrong. Children have been handed over to domestic abusers and that’s okay in Birmingham children’s courts. Children who have blood disorders and no other health problems,removed from home in Birmingham courts. The government IS accountable- they should know what’s going on.

A lot of people have moved to France and a lot of people have moved to Ireland to escape from the U.K. and Social Services altogether.

My partner died during the care procedure he could not handle it, I had a breakdown and my son was passed from pillar to post. Eventually he was adopted, then years later placed back into the foster system as the adopted mother decided she did not want him. I struggled on with my life, a daily struggle mentally and forever in horror at the loss of my entire family. If the state take your family then for humanity they should offer euthanasia for the parents as your life will never ever be the same again .My son was wanted and loved.

I once had cps investigated me because my kid's shoes were worn thru at the toes. "Oh dear, they'll get their toes wet walking in the wet grass". They got that way because the kids crawled on hands & knees at home. cps looks for any old excuse.

My granddaughter is going to be forcibly adopted in 10 days...My heart is totally broken. They wouldn't let me have her. I have no money to fight this. They are disgusting, judges, social workers..the lot!!! HOPE THEY ARE FUCKING HAPPY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked for a short time in the admin dept of Social Services and the forced adoption cases of which I had to type up concerned me so much that I left the job.

Lots of forced adoption in the USA. They also don’t mind if the foster parents smack them. They just cover it up or call it unusual forms of punishment. In Michigan they even went as far as to say the would stil consider them if they’re on the central abuse and neglect registry

I had mental health issues following being abused as a child. I fell pregnant and immediately I was referred to child protective services. I was encouraged to get an abortion. The only silver lining in the whole thing is that I miscarried. I’ve now said I don’t want to risk ever falling pregnant again in case the child is forcibly removed

Last year, Dec. 5, 2018 to be exact I was with a girlfriend of mine through her labor and birth of her perfectly healthy baby boy. Everything went amazingly well. I left at about 1am. CPS took her child. Her main nurse reported to CPS that her UA was dirty for drugs. Notes from the nurses claimed she came there in filthy clothes and smelling bad. She is fanatical about hygiene. They claimed she cried and confessed to using drugs. She had no concerns about drugs and they congratulated her with 2 clean UA's that were omitted from her medical records. While I was there they took 3 different UA's. I wasn't there for the first clean one in the doctors office. Medical notes stated she was accompanied by her sister who went to the bathroom with her and supplied her with the clean UA. No one accompanied her. Everything was seemingly normal when two more clean UA's were taken. The third UA was taken from her catheter. I watched the nurse take it. It wasn't until I was writing out a witness statement that I realized what I had witnessed. The nurse asked for privacy. I stayed anyway. She had a UA bottle in her hand along with a bedpan. She pour the urine from the Cath. into the pan. Then she took the pan and bottle over to the sink area. She dipped a paper cup into the pan and poured the contents into the bottle now contaminated twice. She left for approximately 10 minutes and returned with the same unsealed bottle. She cleaned up her mess and said she would be right back from the lab. That UA came back dirty. The umbilical cord came back clean. We were told my friend was in a special care unit and her nurse was a special care nurse. We found out that hospital has no special care unit or special care nurse. No one, including her attorney or the judge cared to know. They have destroyed that woman and things aren't right for her child either. They believe they answer to no one. I know they are wrong. For now, children, yours included, are not our future. They are a commodity for conscience lacking, self-serving, devient, pay-as-u-go adults to do with as they wish. Basically they are disposable.

The reality of the numbers of our children who were taken by the State and subsequently subjected to horrendous sexual, Psychological and physical abuse IN STATE CARE is what also has to be linked into these forced removals of children from their families. As a former local authority professional I was disgusted and shocked at the Draconian, discriminatory attitudes and maltreatment of social services and the secrecy of the Family Court system is eventually what prompted me to cease working in these corp orate entities! I do think the system in the UK is harsh and sometimes unfair but in France by almost all the time maintaining this link between parents and children taken by social services it prevents a lot of the time children to be offered a nice quality of life. Indeed, parents don’t want to “give up” their children forever but sometimes aren’t fit to be parents so not allowing them to be adopted prevent children to have stability in their life. It feels like in the UK the children are the main concern whereas in France it’s the opposite. In France only 10% of potential adoptive parents get to adopt a child but yet there isn’t any place left in the foster system and the quality of life in those foster family / establishment is most of the time bad.

Suspicious circumstances in so many of these cases, as well as multiple births, like the mothers never learn. I remember when children were taken away and languished in institutional limbo waiting for parental consent for adoption which was never given. As babies were popular to be adopted, this meant the best chances of adoption passed. Parents that never learn don’t deserve multiple chances. Children are the innocent victims, developing fast through never to be repeated important milestones & with no time to lose. And I am adopted and grateful to be.

Social services in my area decided it would be beneficial to my child to grant him "direct payments." Brilliant, there are a few things my child would benefit from that I would otherwise not be able to afford to pay for him to have. Not so brilliant - as they tell me that I need to set up a bank account to receive these payments, which they said don't come to me because I'm not allowed to have access to them myself. I can't even get a single straight answer out of them when I ask them to explain clearly why I need to set up an account for receive payments when they say the money doesn't come to me. I just get told that I have to accept that I'm not getting access to the money. Aside from the fact that my child clearly won't benefit from a pot of money they have said is being made available for his benefit. I've yet to see how it's going to benefit him.

It is a known fact this barbaric practice by UK Social Services isn't in the child's best interest but a crime of the highest a barbaric act against the parents and the child but 1 question, as it's now recognized that many forced adoptions against such parents, who will be held responsible as my understanding and as a father, if i had run off with my 2 daughters from my ex-wife, i would be prosecuted for kidnapping and psychological abuse towards the mother and possibly my daughters, thank goodness I've never had to face such a situation as my 2 daughters had grown up leaving home as professional care home works but for the many parents that still suffer even after if they should ever get their children back, when will justice be served for those parents as someone must be held accountable, that someone in my view is the social worker that first contemplated as to removing the child.

They are wrong and if parents weren't I'll they soon become ill afterwards. You get up and get on with life then a a day later, a year làter maybe even three years or a decade. The feelings never leave you. Sometimes the only feelings leave you suicidal

What are we doing about this- it’s cruel and social services in some counties have a lot to answer for. When the children need intervention social services are not around. What I have seen is competent parents paying the price for bad ones.

My Essex baby was stolen 16th of March 2015 by Hertfordshire Social services who broke the public law outline when Essex had no concerns Hertfordshire swoop in grabbed her off of life support with no concerns being raised and stole her for adoption knowing Hertfordshire social services were breaking the unlawful jurisdictions law by coming out of there borough and county and outright stealing and abducting an Essex baby and trying to cover up the fact that Essex is on my baby's birth certificate for Hertfordshire to fortify court documents stating me and my children live in Hertfordshire yet I hold the legal binding documents of a secure tenancy of Essex stating by law that me and my children do not live in Hertfordshire and live in Essex yet 9 months later after stealing my baby Hertfordshire social services came out of their borough and county again and stole my older daughter who was going to school here in Essex who is also on my secure tenancy of Essex stole her after lying to Clacton police stating they were Essex Social services took me back to a Hertfordshire court to try and throw my older daughter up for adoption yet once again Hertfordshire social services have admitted having no infomation on both my daughters and no evedence for removal and there is my case of child trafficing and a case of treason against the Hertfordshire judge and Essex police and that people is what you call a clear cut case of social services stealing children for profit!

Years ago I've seen in Norway women with 4-5-6-8 kids being without job and making a way of living from child benefit money given by the goverment. From those money mortgage for house was paid, actually money from children's mouth. The social system frankly was abused by many locals also by other foreigners.
