Sir, when can I change the cylinder in the hospitals? The cylinder contains 2000 psi Should I change it at 1000 psi? Or at 500 psi Is there a reference or standard for that?

I need to know how to remove the white seal on new tanks, I cannot put regulater because of plastic tape

For anyone else wondering about the tape, we just cut it off with a pair of scissors We cut it on a side without the holes.

Missing pertinent step on how to put the regulator on. How the hell am I supposed to know if it's not shown? & How the hell can anyone say this is useful when it is incomplete information?
