Hi markywos, steamed crabs yung ginamit ko dito. Purchased it a day before kaya I needed to steam it before putting in the freezer para di agad masira.

My friend quickly soak the crab first in batter and deep fried it and separately make the sauce then add the crab in the end. Also he uses egg to thicken the sauce

u should add the pepper last due to its strong scent, when heated up will get in your nose and sting really bad

@mdf072 if you cant find dried chilis you can use cayenne pepper..dont use chili powder..it;s not the same..fyi:try to look for dried chilis at thai store or indo store..
