I watched the video anyways because I love Chili Klaus. It actually looks like he met his match in this one. His guest destroyed the peppers and Klaus was having a hard time. KUDOS to you my friend, whoever you are, you kicked some serious butt!!

Okay i will try to help you out :) Thomas is a danish stand-up comedian and he loves chilli very much. And he dosen't think the chili on the danish resturants are hot enough. They take the strongest one and the second strongest. And later Thomas says he have been making kick boxing for many years this is the hardest punch to he's stomach :)

I hope it's helpful, even though it's quite long... ;) Claus: "Welcome to another chili tasting. I'm with at huge chili aficionado. That's you Thomas. Welcome. You love chili?" Thomas: "Oh yes! I've loved it for years and it has always been a problem, because I don't think you can get food that's hot enough on any restaurant here in Denmark. Even if I walk into an Indian or Pakistani restaurant I have to tell the waiter I want it so hot that the chef won't believe I'm able to eat it up. But even if I do that they make it a bit mild because they're so used to those kind of people. After watching some of your videos I'm quite sure you have something that can take me down." Claus: "I think I've found some good ones..." Thomas: "I promise not to move your knife like Tantholdt did." (Rasmus Tantholdt) Claus: "That's good. The first one is called Peter Penis..." Thomas: "And you can easily see why." Claus: "Right! And it should be quite popular." The second one is a Seven Pot Primo, fresh from the tree, which means it really has the strength. The third one is a Trinidad Scorpion Butch T, fresh from the tree as well - and it's up there among the hottest chilis of the world. 1:40 Claus: "Thomas, you have to choose." Thomas: "I know that if that one won't bring me down, that one will. And if that won't bring me down, that one will. You will keep going higher until I'm down on my knees, so let's start from the top end. Claus: "Good idea! I'm also quite excited to try this, because it's a quite new one to me. You get this one." Thomas: "And then we have to eat all of it?" Claus: "It can't take too long, you know." Thomas: "No, you're right... cheers! It's very tasty though." Claus: "When they come directly from the tree they have an extra fruity taste." Thomas: "It's funny... it burns in your throat, but in a good way. And then the flavour just explodes..." Claus: "The fact is that mammals and humans can feel the heat... but birds can't feel it. They're the ones carrying it around the globe and now it ended up here by you, Thomas." Thomas: "It tastes lovely and I will say that this is probably the hottest chili I've ever tried. Now I'm thinking; it's tolerable, BUT... within 24 hours it's coming out again and that won't be funny at all." Claus: "I love all types of chili, so I think that we should try this one." Thomas: "Will we be able to taste it after the first one?" Claus: "I'd find it sad to waste such a Seven Pot Primo. Cheers!" "Can you feel it? It's another kind of flavour." Thomas: "Yeah, that's more fragranced. Is it related to the Habanero?" Claus: "It's... it has a good strength." Thomas: "I think I was already paralyzed by the first one." Claus: "No doubt that Thomas is a true chili aficionado." Thomas: "I got tears in my eyes!" Claus: "You're doing so well." Thomas: "I can only feel the first one." Claus: "Yes, it's quite harsh on your tongue." Thomas: "I said that the first one can be felt in your throat. The second one goes along the sides of your mouth..." Claus: "Your entire mouth gets the experience..." Thomas: "I don't know if you can see it on camera, but I feel like the Nazi in the ending of Indiana Jones where everything is melting and falling off." (Raiders of the Lost Ark) Claus: "This Seven Pot Primo is the favourite dish of the parrots. It's the stand-up of the birds. A common hill myna is crazy about these ones. And they say it should make you start talking." Thomas: "Now it's down here! I've done kick boxing for a couple of years. This is the hardest punch I've ever had in my stomach." Claus: "You're doing so well." "Ladies and Gentlemen, Thomas Hartmann is a living proof of that it's hard to be a stand-up comedian in Denmark. Thank you for coming, Thomas." Thomas: "I'm the one saying thank you. I just don't know why..." Claus: "Peter Penis will have his turn the next time."

Since this video is getting a strange amount of English-speaking viewers (probably due to Klaus's appearance on Hot Ones) I'll offer a bit of a translation. I won't do it word-by-word, but just the main bits. Initially, after shaking hands, Danish comedian (/producer/arctor/author) Thomas Hartmann talks about always having liked chili, and complains that in Danish restaurants you usually can't get it hot enough. Because even in Indian or Pakistani restaurants, when he specifically ask for 'so spicy that the chef won't believe I can eat it' they're so used to customers overstimating themselves that they serve you something mild any way. - "But after seeing your videos, I'm pretty sure you have something that'll utroot me" Chili Claus then begins introducing the chilis. Namely the first one, a new one he's gotten called "Peter Penis" (that name doesn't need translation), and Thomas remarks "and you can see why (it's called that)" The second one, a seven-pod-primo is remarked as being especially fresh and therefore, probably "brings the spiciness with the freshness." And the last one, also a new acquisition, is the Trinidad Scorpion; a chili from "the top shelf"; a Danish expression meaning 'not suitable for kids or the infirm.' Like the seven-pod-primo, it's "directly from the tree", being fresh and extra spicy. Claus allows Thomas to pick the order, and Thomas says that if the first doesn't "uproot" him, then the second will. Or the third. So he picks the third (spiciest) for a start, to get it over with. 2:12: "Skål" meaning "cheers" of course. Claus has argued that getting rid of seeds and such would just "take too long." The first thing Thomas says then is that it actually tastes really good. Followed by "... Jesus Christ!" which needs no translation. Claus then talks of how the freshness increases the heat and fruitiness. But within 2:57: Claus mention about how humans and mammals can 'feel the heat', but birds can't - which is what allows birds to eat the chilis, and help distribute the seeds over the world. 3:10: Thomas says: "And right now I'm thinking; I can handle it. 24 hours it has to leave (my system) again, and that really won't be fun." 3:54: While Claus is dying from hiccups, Thomas causally remarks that this new chili is more "perfumed" in its flavour. "Is it related to habanero?" 4:07: Thomas doesn't feel the current one so much, because, he says, he was probably numbed by the first one. A little later, he remarks that really, he's still just feeling the first chili. 4.54: Thomas says: "I don't know if you can tell, but I feel like that nazi at the end of Indiana Jones, where his face is melting." 5:16: It has reached Thomas' stomach, and he remarks: "I've done kickboxing for many years... This is the hardest gutpunch I've ever gotten." Afterwards, Claus says he's doing well, and remarks that Thomas is living proof that being a stand-up comedian in Denmark is 'tough'. 5:46: 'Peter Penis' will be next time.

ROFL Jeg er også nødt til at sige for stærkt til Indien, og så er den ikke stærk nok alligevel. Først når jeg har været det nogle gange begynder de at forstå det. :P
