God the first like 5 seconds of "BEASTARS -classical-" *always* gets me. I'm like struck with this sweet sense of calm that carries on through the rest of the song. It's really, I think, the most perfect and most iconic track from the Beastars OST.

In the first 5 seconds of "Beastars Classical" I am getting chills all over my body, even my head, and brain. But 0:34 just makes me feel a flood of emotions of sadness, joy, sorrow, and pure emotion. One of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard.

I always thought the smooth jazz coupled with the piano music always gave the show a noire-esque vibe, which really fits the atmosphere- especially season 2. Incredible stuff.

I first watched this show during a pretty low spot, and it just... wow... it was so much to me. It was one of the only things that brought me joy. So coming back to this show, and especially its soundtrack, I am flooded with emotions and memories from a time that... I oddly wish I could do again. It's a strange feeling, and an even stranger joy I take in reminiscing. Now I am reading the manga, too. Very good stuff.

I love how Rouis and Legoshi's feelings have such similarity to them. It's clearly obvious they're two different people ,spefics and have different life paths. But despite that, they're deeply connected. :)

@@lynxcore I have not read the manga. But I bet there are some flaws, they are just hidden with the other qualities the anime has. Bruises, scars, everything stays relevant with the story line and some awkward things about the characters are relatable

Well, yes, if you think about it Legoshi was the one who indirectly "Pulled" Louis out off the Back Alley Market life. So if one person could save someone who was f*cking around for 1/2 year in the B.A.M with just 2 visits, then yes, they are REALLY close friends to one-another.

that one note, in the beginning of my true self, at pretty much exactly 15:12 is the same as the beginning of another song that i am absolutely in love with, but i can't remember which one it is or how it goes, and right now it's really bothering me. i want to figure this out. okay! my bets were on cafe 1930, and it's one very specific part during the second half of the movement! i'm happy!
