@@ZimZam131 Very difficult, I already knock down sleep mode once again. Sunday can go to bed at 10-11pm, and after that, every day later and later. It doesn't work at all. To set up sleep mode again, you need to either stay awake all night + day, and then easily cut down and get up early. Or you go to bed even at 3:00am+-, after that you set the alarm for 5-6 hours, perhaps also as an option, no matter how much you go to bed, get up very early, and in the evening you will want to sleep. And now I have such a situation that I do not want to sleep at night at all.

I went through a breakup in December 2021 and I’m still having the long fights against myself at night for about 2-3 times a week. Sometimes I’m sobbing like a child when I play this music, other times it relaxes me. It doesn’t really matter how many times this happens, it always feels useful afterwards. Needless to say I don’t like it that much because I’d rather sleep; I probably need the struggle to become stoic and great to make my life better in the long run so I’ll keep doing it.

I just installed a wall water fountain in my entrance today. The water element in the NORTH is great for career and I'm a new student. I wanted elevated music for my heart and this is heaven.
