If the tvd verse witches wanted they could've cause world chaos but that's the story for demons not witches, multiple witches showed the capabilities to cast a spell on planetary level like creating dimensions of their own, destroyed Hell so you do the math.

pitch first it takes a coven of witches to create their little pocket dimension same as their hell a pocket dimension while in sabrina hell is a universe existing completely outside and indepent on it's own and is actually size of a universe not a like tvd which Is made and stuck inside the same universe. Arcadius is the only one to create on pocket dimension. And bonnie. But in sabrina witches already have such things like the doll house spell.which is actually outside time and space. So while tvd only created a small dimension within their own dimension witches in sabrina create one dimension in side our own that's actually outside time and space.and baddies bat is actually real demon from the real hell not a pocket dimension that was created by a psychic . The witches and demons in sabrina can also create bridges across the actual multiverse.

pipitch yes I've it there prison are literal pocket powers they exist in side a universe already not outside sure they're hell might be the same size as earth but in caos hell is actually a same size as our universe with different levels. Witches in caos have done resurrect to hello the cain pit. Even the spell sabrina tried to bring back Tommy. Also witches in tvd gets pushed around by vampires alot I'm sorry but seeing that I have lost respect for tvd witches how u get pushed a defeated by ur own creation no matte how physical powerful they are the originals and vamps are not gods. Where they witches in sabrina take crap from no one demons monsters hell they bound and defeated lucifer. And entities that wipe out universes. Tvd witches struggle with monsters lesser especially vampires. That they created .

Maybe a dark side of Roald Dahl's novel The Witches. A new version is supposed to come out made from a different movie company. The Witches has a valued meaning to it. Now Sabrina the Teenage Witch darker version I don't like entirely. The Witches in Roald Dahl's novel brings out that there is evil and wicked witches that could be outsmarted in reality,too.
