It's a shame too, because at a certain point you literally get punished for working too much. Losing any government benefits you get while working your ass off for no money. See it literally every day at my job. Guys refuse extra hours because if they work too much they'll go over the apron for Healthcare and the extra money doesn't make them be able to afford health insurance. They'd literally be losing money by working too much.

Absolutely not; This type of sound could have only originated from a White Southerner, the same demographic of Whites, the hegemonic, anti-White, Liberal, regime first set about to destroy, long before Critical Race Theory or Whiteness Studies had come to dominate Americas universities - by "problematizing" their history, bringing a Liberal presentism to the past, while tearing down the statues of their forefathers, desecrating their graves, and removing names. There was a specific reason soulful, white, male, crooners have been systematically removed from main stream radio. It was not by accident. It is interesting this is being "reacted to" by an inter-racial i.e. anti-white coupling, with a self hating white woman. As "hip-hop" for the last 20 years has dominated the airwaves and drowned out the inner consciousness of Whites in America, and pushing Whites into black spaces, as those are the "cool-spaces" - typical white performed songs like this are "uncool", "not hip", not fashionable. So when a song like this unexpectedly breaks into the mainstream, negro-worshipping culture, it suddenly shocks and rouses the long dead and denigrated white consciousness.

I have listened to so many great reactions to this anthem, yours is one of the best. People are waking up, realizing that they are being used to make the wealthy wealthier, that we have more in common than we have differences. This song is uniting people the world round. And that scared the crap out of the elites.

Rich men north of Richmond. Politicians in DC. Most powerful and authentic song I've heard in a very long time. I got tears the first time I heard it and I'm still getting goosebumps. Just a blue collar working man in the woods with his guitar and dog. I wish i could just wake up and it not be true but it is. Oh it is..... what a sobering reality check.

This is the power of music right here; even if the message doesn’t completely resonate with you, just a man in the woods with his guitar singing his heart out makes you listen and hear it. You can’t not appreciate it at the very least. Also, he’s just talented as hell; beautiful voice, a great guitar player and songwriter. I hope this young man gets to take his talent to the next level.

Such a POWERFUL song and such a great reaction! You can see and feel his entire soul as he belts this out. The lyrics are so true it brought tears to my eyes. I've heard that he holds his biggest admiration and influence in Hank Williams Senior (as do I) and when I heard Oliver's very unique voice and his very unique chemistry and mountains of 'soul' I could see the similarities between him and Hank, the Legend. The 'rich men north of Richmond' go back in history for more than 100 years... and all you have to do is look at those who created the Federal Reserve in 1913 to begin to know who they are. Their 'club' has grown immensely since then and it needs to be dismantled and destroyed to save our nation and all nations.

You're absolutely Right 💯, he wrote The People's Anthem that will go down in history. When it feels like all hope is lost, Christopher Oliver Anthony shows up at the perfect moment, restoring my faith in humanity while bringing ALL people together 🫂 I'm so proud of him and I hope he never has to work a nine-to-five from here on out 🙏🏼 He's speaking for all of us, he's the voice for ALL HUMANITY and I'm so grateful because nowadays people are afraid to speak up about anything out of fear of being arrested or worse just for speaking your truth and saying how they feel 🥺 Thank you Chris, For literally giving me hope again. It's so refreshing knowing there are other people out there just like me, thanks to this song. 🥺I'm so overwhelmed because I almost lost hope in humanity, I have been wondering what happened to all of the kind, compassionate and loving people. Thanks to this song, I found my people! ☺️ now I don't feel so alone & invisible. We have to come together 🙏🏼🫂🙏🏼 as One United Family to fight this evil that continues to divide us so they can control us more easily. 💯 This is the beginning of our fight, the fight for our freedom and the fight for a country. Sending Love 💌, light🕯️and positive vibes🧘🏻to all my people! 🤍🕊️🤍

I'm glad he referenced the need for politicians to care about minors (and he could have meant this in reference to miners given that he's from West Virginia), and "not just those on an island somewhere", i.e. Epstein Island; I didn't pick this up the first time. I appreciate him making this a part of this song. This is the kind of song that cuts through the distracting external noise and touches the hearts of people and connects them; he's giving a voice to the all people.

Oliver speared me through the heart with this one. Catastrophic fury builds within me as I see how this nation has gone from a bunch of Badass Normals to a chasm-gap aristocracy whose subjects are hella weak because of greed and manipulation by those whose self-serving control-freak egos continue to grow beyond the size of the Milky Way galaxy and likely reaching Andromeda. How we let this happen I might never know, but it CAN be corrected before this wounded country collapses.
