19:45 the reason why brittle isnt attacking frozen bloons is because you dont have the bottom path crosspath "refreeze" which 'can attack frozen bloons'

SJB is the perfect content to have on while doing all the house chores.

I think if you got refreeze the two ice towers would work better together. Otherwise only one can freeze them at a time.

Glue and ice are so underrated. Glue top path is decent in races. Glue middle path gives all other towers extra damage so it's very strong against bosses. And glue bottom path (013) slows down moabs and should be used every chimps game. Ice top path gives all other towers extra damage so it is very good in bosses and it decamos and deleads DDTs so you can skip MIB. Ice middle path is a pretty good slow against DDTS (although outclassed by sabo). And ice bottom path (023) can stall super cerams.

could have tried middle path ice. its ability increases attack speed of other ice monkeys. maybe could be the difference since icicle impale was probably the highest BAD dmg.

I also found out that a 005 glue gunner will still deal damage without the crosvite glue.

They should add a monkey knowledge where glues can mix. It would just make sense, I mean, almost if not all other towers you should and/or could (eventually) use all of their tier 5’s when you get late into the game, or even earlier. Glue on the other hand is very hard to mix, and I think it might be nice.

It's been a long time since I played BTD6. Cold snap used to be metal freeze and could not pop camos.

I FOUND A BUG IN BTDB2! You know how purple Bloons can’t be harmed by Wall of Fire? Well apparently now they also cancel out the Wall of Fire when the pass through it - as in, when a purple bloon goes through a Wall of Fire, the Wall of Fire deletes itself, and can’t harm ANY Bloon.

Not going to lie, glue is one of my favorite towers. With the free Glue or Dart monkey MK i usually take the glue for cheap early game lead popping power and then move it into a 2/0/5 for later after i decide on my camo lead popping power. Now that i think about it my 3 most used tier fives are 2/0/5 glue, 0/2/5 Ice, and 2/0/5 Heli under a 2/4or5/0 village lol

It would be nice if they allowed the glue monkey to apply 2 types of glue at one time. It may be too strong rn so nef its other aspects to compensate.

Personally I love glue gunner and what I found out is when you put him at the start of a map and set him to last the glue blobs with ballon solver is really good where as if you kept him targeting first it doesn't get to go through multipul balloons

Glue fix1: allow multiple color glues stack and not cleanse each other. Fix2: add each of the tier 1 upgrades to the base monkey and fill the paths with new abilities

I think the reason people hate the ice/glue monkeys was because they used to suck in btd5 because they couldn't do a thing to moabs and they left a bad impression on people.

How strong would it be if glue gunner got buffed so that each tier 3 and above glue could stick to a single bloon/moab? It wouldn't increase slowdown neccesarily but effects and damage would stack

The enbrittlement lasts about as long as it takes for him to attack again. so the bottom path cross is optimal since he doesn't have a lot of popping power himself.

I am proud to say that the glue gunner is my 4th most used tower with tack shooter in first, monkey village in second and banana farms in third.

It likely would have been better to get a Super Glue rather than that Glue Storm, as Super Glue does 50 damage per hit and could have helped with the BAD way, way more than anything else.

i think the gule whitch was below the gule near the front of the map wasent gluing the bad because it was still glued from the itnishial glue

I'm using the 052 Ice and 520 glue to grind gold bloons. If you position the MIB right, the glue won't have camo detection and dissolve bloons before they can overwhelm the Ice tower while not hurting the gold bloon.

I have found it is possible to beat hard mode with just ice monkeys and glue gunners, so long as you use the Quincy action figure

I find it interesting people don't like the glue gunner, I place one every single game without fail unless it's military or magic only. Glue gunner is arguably my favorite tower lol, I love top path specifically, that corrosion can save a run sometimes, and really helps for starting out. Ice was my absolute least used tower though, but recently I played impoppable with Icicle Impale and had a BADS and Sentry Champion and all 3 of them had a near equal amount of pops (like 500k each) which blew my mind, made me want to use the Ice Tower way more after that.

glue is super underrated; i love ice but glue just seems to get it worse i feel middle path is great for stalling and the ability is great for a cheap damage buff ability; bottom path is really good for slowing or stopping moab class bloons in the 90s and does so well for ddts; and top path after the recent buff is relatively cheap and just absolutely melts super ceramics and even deals with moabs; it feels like it could solo all the ceramics in a game by itself honestly i think ezili would be really good for a challenge like this; she has the bad damage even without level 20 moab hex; and she can also deal with the early game moabs since she gets good moab damage early on. also itd sorta fit with glues dot effect spending a little bit of spare money on ezili levels to get that extra moab damage for the first moab or getting level 20 for round 100 would probably make this a breeze; since she would also probably do better for the late rounds than pat

Honestly, I like both towers, but Glue tends to suffer from not doing as great when alone as it could do when paired with other higher damage towers. Ice is great against regular bloons, but I lack the experience with it in Btd6 to know if it's any good against Moabs. In general though, they have great stalling power, especially together, allowing other towers to do more damage since the bloons are slowed by a significant amount.

I believe you can fit three ice towers in the center if done correctly. So that could make a difference in popping the final balloon

Idk if it only happened to me, but when i had a Relentless Glue get the bloons with its blobs, i could actually stack the Bloon Solver path on top of it. To this day, i wonder how it works and what was so different, or if it was a bug or not =/

they should make the middle path for glue give the ability for all other glues to mix together on top of the bloons, therefore solving the layer problem,

Fun fact: relentless glue (0-0-4) can pop camo

1-0-4 > 1-0-5 > 2-0-5 > 2-0-4 glue. Corrosive causes targeting to change from hitbox touching area of range into *center* of bloon (the track) in range. The two 5th tiers still conflict with each other, I dont know how it factors if another (non 5) glue hits after the 5th tier hit, but you can completely avoid these interactions by saving the moneys. If you need a 5th usually solver is stronger, if you need slow, then obv super glue. I like this trade off. The old system of glue interactions was bad.

im surprised glue and ice are so unpopular, i always have at least 1 in every game i play! i find watching the bloon solver destroy ceramics to be SO satisfying last week i was having a lot of fun forcing a solver+energizer to be my main dps with only some moab assassins in the back for assistance. they didn't need much help though!

I mean i'm not an ice tower main, and this video is a long time ago. But for anyone wondering why the embrittlement wasn't attacking the already frozen bloons, that is due to not having 're-freeze' since SJB went down the middle path, the embrittlement was unable to re-freeze bloons and only applied its freeze when the bloons were unafectted by the Icicle impale. I would know because I commonly use Icicle impale and super brittle, though I don't give arctic freeze enough credit, anyhow im only putting this here since I didn't see a comment about it, unless I didn't scroll down enough, which is likely. Edit: I scrolled down 2 more comments and I realise someone did comment on the re-freeze thing, so yeah im stupid

went ahead and tried this with churchill, mainly for his level 10 ability, i managed to pop the bad layer once, but the spawn always got through... i wish you good luck with your future attempts, im still unsure of what hero would be best for this tbh lol...

so icicle impale slow is a sand man ball from tf2. scout moving at 133% speed? slap him with a ball and send him to heavy speed. See a reved up heavy? slap him with a ball for 15 dmg and 3% less speed. see a brass beast turret? congrats you got turned into swiss cheese and did 11 dmg
