According to a new report published in Bloomberg, China has become the World’s Richest Nation. It might sound like a news for celebration for China - overtaking USA and becoming the richest nation in the world, but on the contrary, many economic experts have pointed out that China is about to go int o a huge economic crisis. In this video, I first explain the concept of wealth, what does it mean to be the richest country and compare it with GDP Growth rate. And then I explain the looming real estate crisis, ghost towns in China and what are the possible solutions being implemented by Xi Jingping.

It should be an eye opener for us Indians. See how China is cruising in terms of development and a silently growing that too rapidly. They are light years ahead from us. China can afford quick decision as there's just one party in power. In US/India bills need to be passed for every decision. Sometimes passing the bill takes a lot of time. Not to mention sometimes protests happen from the people who are disappointed with the bill delaying the bill even further. But I'd take delaying the bill anyday over an authoritative government. Govt should be for the people not the reverse.

India should change political system and education system first. Indian democracy is feudalism it means 1% rich Indian rich people looting 95% poor Indian people. In open Feudalism democracy people don't follow rules and regulations and no disciplines, no law and order. All leaders are corrupted. In free election people choose wrong and uneducated corrupted leaders in India but In China all leaders are well educated and nationalists. There is no corruption, No poverty. and human rights violations and genocide in China. I think the same was happening in India during UPA govt. time I remember prices of property were sky rocketing and people were investing heavily in properties and when the NDA govt. came the growth rates began to fall I remember many property dealers saying that the rates of property are not increasing much If NDA govt wouldn't have come this was one of the possibility with the Indian economy

This needs to be implemented in India too that if anyone owns morre than two properties in family, pay atleat 20% of value annually as property tax. Inequality in buying capacity is fuelling property prices and setting a trap of loan on middle class.

India should transform to single political party system first like China. In Cultural Revolution, Chinese government killed 33 thousands leaders who were American agents, corrupted and looters since 1967 to 1976 so China rose up very fast, there is still death penalty who do corrupt more than 10 thousands dollars in China. There is no corruption and human rights violations in China. All Western news are fakes to destroy China because Chinese economy is going to surpass American economy soon after 8 years.

@P Pierre and you are exactly right, but unlike other countries. The CCP ain't afraid to pull a gun on moneybags and have them erased if they become influential. This is even worse when the ccp has it's own factions within the party. (xiping and zemin) Any political ties (corruption being common) will guarantee to put a target on their back.
