China, Belarus start Joint Military Drills near Polish border

The opening ceremony of the China-Belarus "Eagle Assault-2024" joint military drill was held on Monday at a training ground in Brest, Belarus.
In the next more than ten days, the participating military officers and soldiers from China and Belarus will work closely together, conduct in-depth exchanges, and carry out joint training on anti-terrorism operation.
The Chinese troops participating in the training were selected from a brigade of the 80th Army Group of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA). Upon arriving at the training area, they studied the sites of the training ground, handed over weapons and equipment, and organized adaptive training.
The joint training will last until mid-July and will be divided into two phases: mixed joint training and comprehensive actual exercises. Professional subjects of the training include skill training, equipment operation, live-fire shooting of multiple weapons and joint counter-terrorism operation

学习交流一下实战经验机会难得啊，应该真的是纯军事交流，中国对欧洲战场怎么会有什么偏倚站队，官方一直是第三方中立立场，与原意交朋友的交朋友，愿意合作做生意的也做生意而已，西方认为你不跟着我反对制裁俄罗斯就是敌对方，反而和平稳定的欧洲与中国开展合作贸易更符合中国利益，俄乌战争这么多年了，俄罗斯今年才开始加强与中国合作，不就是因为西方的全面制裁，而且也就是经贸能源文化交流多了，而且也没有军事援助也没有像北约一样的军事联盟，美国北约在中国俄罗斯门口都摆一圈北约国家军事基地天天来骚扰这就合理了吗？行有不得，反求诸己，不是所有的国家都没骨气会去当美国佬的狗和美国利益傀儡炮灰

The funny part is that Duda, the Polish president, just visited China and they were best friends with Xi. Fast forward a few weeks and China now has mltry drills on the Polish border. 😆

lol no offense but these guys look like the scrawny portion of china's army. I know they have soldiers who are much more well built than these guys....im pretty sure this is just a marketing campaign and poltical stunt...it really doesn't have much significance materially.

@@zhantangbai7295 That was back when China had troops that were combat-hardened over decades of fighting against both Japan and the KMT. Now that the veterans of the Sino-Vietnamese War have retired, there's no experienced troops left in the Chinese military. These drills look cool to the uninformed, but Chinese forces are "training" with empty plate carriers (no armor plates), carrying pouches without any magazines, without night vision, and using slick rifles. They don't even carry an IFAK. The main value here is in flashy propaganda pictures, not in realistic training.

@@zhantangbai7295 Do remember Mao sent his troops forward without ammunition to get slaughtered and the only casualty he mourned was his stupid son who attracted enemy fire while cooking egg fried rice. And China was dragged to peace negotiations by the threat of the use of nuclear weapons.
