Chinas economy is solid. Move 12 months forward and you would see the local Chinese rushing to buy properties. Western propaganda would always say Chinese economy is devastated…… But look at the new EV rolling out. The Chinese stock market is rebounding as a lot of shorts are covering.

Lol Chinese EVs keep blowing up for no reason. 6 EV warehouses have burned last month in China. And nobody trusts the Chinese stock market, not even the Chinese. That's why the real estate value is so high, it's just because everything else is fake, including gold bars and tofu-dreg projects. Nice try, tankie.

china urges local gov'ts to buy finished homes. This is absurd. The local gov'ts in China have been surviving for 3 decades by selling land (china is 90% owned by local gov'ts). The way the local gov'ts made money was by selling land to developers. There is no way local gov'ts are going to have any income now that major developers are all bankrupt, let alone enough to buy apartments. I said a year ago that the real crash in China hasn't really happened yet, but will come about at the local level when they have no revenues to pay social services. Hospitals, schools and roads are all paid for at the local level, and local gov'ts main source of income is gone now. You already see the local gov'ts being for help, now you are expecting them to buy real estate?

Xi might be able to solve his housing crisis if the CCP creates another lab-born pandemic. at that point he wont have to keep pretending he cares about the poors and really just practices communism to keep himself and his family rich and powerful. Putin can even help him with that this time around and do so very covertly, considering they have their "no-limits" partnership

Expect they are not even remotely comparable. When the us housing crises happened in 2008 it was only 8% of the gap and that’s how much damage it caused. China’s is 30% which is a lot more than 8%
