China and Peru are strengthening their trade relations, with China investing significantly in a mega port in Peru. This development is set to enhance Lima's status as a regional trade hub and could challenge U.S. influence in the resource-rich region. This is totally worrying. An increase of Asian export products would decimate the monopoly of products coming from the greatest country on earth, America. America isn't respected anymore, countries aren't afraid anymore of the consequences that America would impose on them for sabotaging American economic interests. The United States has never been interested in the development of Latin America, it only overthrew presidents for its interests. However, China invests in the development of ports and infrastructure in addition to improving the quality of life in developing countries; like Peru, which is a nation that has a lot of copper, lithium and rare minerals.

History both old and new show that Chinese infrastructure and investments bring economic development and does not come with political stipulations while US and European investments come with political demands, subjugation and debt traps which are the exact things they try to project onto Chinese investments and loans yet are disproven by factual statistics and history.
