The minority groups inside China are not bounded by the 1 child policy. The CCP harvest human internal organs from their political enemies within their Han Chinese population. There were many protests from Fa Lun Gong members inside/outside of China. The only difference is that the people who complained inside China disappeared. Those crimes executed by the local corrupted CCP members, however, I do believe the CCP from Beijing was aware of the crimes committed but elected to protect their communist comrades instead of prosecuted them according to the law. In the late 1980s and 1990s, there were many beggars, around 5 to 15 years old kidnapped children, with unimaginable handicaps such as twisted legs and arms begging or panhandling on busy streets.
