A China Coast Guard vessel “intentionally rammed” a Philippine Coast Guard boat transporting a sick member of the Philippine Navy from Ayungin Shoal, according to PCG spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea Commodore Jay Tarriela.

@hokroeger Better if you speak in facts rather than baseless allegations. When you say that that area is Chinese Waters, what is the basis of that? The international court already ruled that Ayungin shoal is part of Philippine EEZ. But even if Ayungin shoal belongs to China's EEZ, WHICH IT IS NOT. It is permitted by international law for foreign countries to pass through another country's EEZ, theres no violation there. You know what's illegal? Using water cannons, ramming other countries boats, confiscating their supplies etc. Very clear who's the instigator here.

The west part it belong to Eez, in the Philippines territory. But it seems to the chinese to. Them west Philippines Sea is the entire south china, the one that Philippines protecting are the west part we're it ratified in washington treaty for. The Philippines. In the chinese embassy in their websites they know that Philippines territory is regulated by three treaty the treaty of Paris the treaty of washington and the treaty of Britain. According to juste carpio china is bound in the washington treaty. And they cannot take it away or erased it when they signed the Hague rule and the UNCLOS. They are bound in the washington treaty.
