You can actually use uncooked tortillas to replicate, after it's heated, it will puff up, and you use chopsticks to poke a hole and put egg into it. That's how you made it. I tried to get sunkissed to try it out but they still haven't so far 😅. you guys got a totally loaded version - the basic one is just the crepe, crisp cracker, herbs and sauces and normally runs around 10 rmb so it's a great cheap snack. btw you got beef, not duck lol. maybe imitate animals better next time 🤣

for night life, street food, changsha is the most popular city to go in China. The night life starts around 11pm, 12am, you will see full of people even at 3am on street eating street food. the black tofu is a famous traditional changsha street food for many years, like couple hundred years. Nowadays, many young Chinese like travel to changsha for the night life, the vibe and eating, it is a less popular destination for foreigner travellers though.
