The islands disputed were Chinese islands under Qing Dynasty and supported by Potsdam Declaration after Japan loss the war. ROC (government now in Taiwan, which used to rule mainland China) showed the map of China after WWII and US affirmed those were Chinese islands. However, ROC lost the Civil War and CPC became the new leaders of China, and while US supported CPC as the new leaders of China in 1970s, refused to support Chinese claims under CPC. Under the Mutual Defense Treaty of 1951 with the US, Philippines drew their map of Philippines and they did not include these Islands in 1951. Philippines only decided to grab the land in 1970s as they saw Western countries, India, Vietnam trying to grab a piece of China post war. (In the history of China, over 10 countries tried to take parts of China including HK, Shanghai, North China, East China, West China, South China, Taiwan and South China Sea).

The Arm Forces of the Philippines Budget is only P240 Million while the AYUDA IS P106.335 Billion pesos under the 2024 General Appropriations Act. Better suspend AYUDA for the time being and add that fund to AFP budget in order to bulk up on armaments needed by AFP for modernization undertakings necessarily needed to protect the Philippines territory from communist chinese aggression. Philippines has been abiding by the International Law( UNCLOS) , Philippines has not instigated nor provoke China in any form. Its been Chinas Coast Guard who has been on the attack while PCG and Filipino fisherfolks are fishing within the EEZ, getting in their boats getting their catch for the day, and stopping PCG from their mission and Filipinos from fishing
