That's basically how our house was built in the earthquake prone Philippines. Not prefab though, but locally welded steel posts & beams with infill masonry walls a concrete floor and a steel structure roof. Cool animation!

Usually the welding is better then screw.Steel structure have mature developing, follow the prefabricated develop direction,some welding parts can be instead of weld to save cost
