This video is purely my view on the use of Chinchilla sand for ballasting a model railway. There are pros and cons dependant on how your track has been laid.
Based on feedback from my 1 ton drop sack video I hope that I have added below PDF's that can be downloaded. They can be just printed out for hand cutting or I think converted to a lightburn file. I won't say they can as it took me ages copying from lightburn to Inkscape then saving as PDFs. Hopefully you will be more I.T. aware than me.
I have also added another file for 8 yard skips which have been made from .5mm card. If the links work I hope you enjoy making your own sacks and skips.

8 Yard Skips - use .5mm card. the centre rectangle in green are score lines for folding the light blue is the external framework, once glued lightly spray with matte varnish before painting and weathering.
