one side of the solenoid and take the other wire and connected to the other side of the solenoid this will turn the starter over when pushing on the button remember to tape up NE ne any bare wires or bear terminals you do not want to be touching metal on your switch or button when applying pressure to start it you will get a little jump meaning you will get shocked take two wires and connect each wire to one of the two terminals on your button connect the other wire to the other terminal then connect each wire on one side of the solenoid and take the other wire and connected to the other side of the solenoid this will turn you starter over when pushing on the button remember to tape up any any any bear wires or bear terminals you do not want to be touching metal on your switch or button when applying pressure to start it you will get a little jump meaning you will get shocked for the kill switch one wire go to the black and yellow wire on CDI the other goes to ground on the frame

Slayzer. Are you asking about 2nd vid. For the voltage regulator.? This video will get it running if it did not then you need to replace 1 of 3 things or all 3... 1) CDI 2)COIL PACK AND WIRE 3) STATOR.... LOOK on eBay stuff is super cheap brand new always buy from a dealer not an indival. And always make sure they accept returns

will u show how u wired the push start and toggle switch thinking about using a push start with toggle like on a nascar

how did u install that push to start button? Is it one wire going from the button to the solenoid and then one wire going from the button to the battery?

Good call, I would have done the same. remember though that cdi box is cheap. made cheaper. lol. I think I would get a cdi box also. there 10 bucks online then you will 4 sure fire it up

I just got this Chinese 110cc atv. previous owner hasn't ran it in two years. With you push button start and your kill switch how did you wire those up. For the push button was it connected directly to the solenoid both wires or was one connected to the positive side and the other to ground. Same for the Kill switch was one side connected to the black/yellow side of the ignition coil and he other side to ground. This will help greatly since the I'm not able to find the correct handle bar assembly that matches up pin for pin on my wiring harness.

if the solenoid is clicking it's bad and needs replaced you can bypass it by Simply take a screw drive and touch both ends of the solenoid using the screw as a conect point then check spark

I have heard many different ways of rewriting it, all that happenfis clicking from the solinide and no spark can you show me everything you have done

I wired mines just like yours and put a new carb . It fired up and I road it down to the corner of my block and it died on me. Now I cant get it to start up. just cranks and carb spits after a couple of try's. Any help would be appreciated I don't know much other then what I lean of you tube.

Why not buy the 20$ full wire and electronics kit. Good video to help get ya home but i have to jump my atv off the starter and i can tell you its not worth it if you have the skill and 20$
