Chinese cuisine is perhaps the most diverse in ingredients and cooking styles, to say tofu is the main source of protein is wrong in so many ways. First,you have the costal regions of China that get their protein from the sea and sea food like fish is a major diet in their meals. Then, you have northern China where the local cuisine is mainly wheat like noodles and breads and dumplings filled with chopped pork or lamb. Lamb kebabs is very very popular in China, every city you go you can find it in the streets. Kao quanyang (烤全羊) or whole bbq lamb is also very popular. Nobody in China eats tofu as their main source of protein, that is so so ancient and stereotypical.

All the hate towards me and my ppl are showing from your trauma. The only reason you lashed out against Chinese or Asian is because you've been traumatized on the basis of your race, too.
