We taught Chinese parents how to play Street Fighter 6 using Dynamic Controls! They even take part in a mini tournament at the end to see who will become victorious.

Fighting games humbles me and increases my competitive drive. It's mostly mindset, remember sore losers exist and controller smashing 😂

Now anymore can beat me but Pro players but in one condition that they play at their best ! I have a neighbor a Pro player played with me few times at home and hell he gave me hell but I loved it cause I m more sure that I m tough enough to make Pro players use at least 70% of their skills lol ! NB 30 years of fighting games on pc, arcades and consoles and played lot of vs matches in the neighborhood and participated once in local tournament in our neighborhood gaming salon ! The game was KOF98 in 2000 or something !

Dad knows when in doubt mash it out. It's crazy how much game knowledge we take for granted, i remember one time my grandad wanted to play gta when he saw me playing and he straight up ran into a wall for 3 minutes before giving up.

I did this with my mom who has barely played a game in her life a few months ago. She did not want to fight most characters because they looked too friendly, so she ended up fighting Blanka because he is a "scary monster" lol. I put her on Dynamic controls at first, but she wanted to play like I do so I switched the controls and showed her how to do honda's headbutt. She managed to double perfect a low level CPU :D

So wholesome. I love these videos. It warms my heart to see people playing with their parents and they look like they really enjoyed the game. I wish my parents were still here to do the same. So greatful with Capcom for doing such an amazing job with this game. My favorite fighting game atm ♥

This actually happen to me with my own dad who constantly sees me growing up with the street fighter series and when heard about this dynamic mode, I immediately gave him the controller to try it out and my mom had this stunned look on her face at the sight of my dad and I playing together since he doesn’t play video games

7:03 Man, when I thought about teaching fighting games, I always thought about teaching people how to block, and how to use special moves, but I never thought about the really foundational coordination you'd need that this tutorial teaches. This really is the best time to get into Street Fighter.
