German vice chancellor Robert Habeck faced 'embarrassment' after arriving in Beijing, China, on a three-day visit on June 21. According to the German daily Die Welt, Habeck could not secure a meeting with Chinese Premier Li Qiang. Habeck's great-grandfather Walter Granzow (1887-1952) belonged to the innermost leadership circle of Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler's regime and was a close friend of Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels. He was also a brigade leader in the notorious Nazi SS paramilitary and was convicted as a war criminal after World War II. Habeck's grandfather Kurt Granzow (1912-1952) was also a Nazi and held the high-ranking position of Obersturmführer in the SA stormtrooper paramilitary group...

Let me guess. The German vice chancellor was going to say;’look , we’ve applied tariffs as we need to protect our industries and don’t believe it’s a level playing field… but please don’t apply tariffs in return as it will end up being a race to the bottom.’ In other words, he wants Germany to be able to apply protectionist measures whilst benefiting from the FULL benefits of globalisation in return. When Chinese labour was cheap, they happily exploited them and secured huge profits for themselves whilst laying off European workers but now that the chinese have learnt off their masters, they want to attack China economically and reap the benefits themselves. No wonder the Chinese premier didn’t want to meet this snake.

One thing I'm in awe of the US is - their ability to play one country against the other, one region against another region /country. This EU-China trade war is what exactly the US wanted, they have been playing hard to make this happen and it has actually come to fruition. Ukraine was the same, it was all plan by US. Taiwan will follow suit if it continues to sleepwalk with US into their war game-plan. Philippines need to wake up too. All these countries are piece of Chess for the US in their quest for retaining the American hegemony in the world.!
