She learned mandarin in a little over a week. She translated it in English, then Tagalog, then her dialect - to understand the songs - then studied it phonetically - to do complete justice to the song and the Chinese people. I believe one thing that helps her sing in Mandarin very accurately, because she sings it by heart. She memorized each word by heart that’s why you can feel the emotion.

I’ve been wondering if she pronounced the words properly in chinese because mandarin is not an easy language to learn in such a short period of time. It only goes to prove that many people love Kz. I totally get their reaction. I remember my Mandarin instructor telling me that speaking Chinese is like singing that is why she was able to capture the language. It will be different when you try to converse in Mandarin in a normal voice. Great reaction guys.
