1 cup firm tofu, minced
1 cup singkamas or green papaya, shredded
1 cup Baguio beans, cut into small pieces
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup bean sprouts
Salt and pepper, to taste
Set B (Sauce):
3 1/2 cups water or chicken stock
¼ cup cornstarch or potato starch
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional for vegetarian version)
8 cloves garlic, minced
Black pepper, to taste
Set C: (Garnish)
½ cup peanuts, ground with 2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cloves garlic, or as needed, minced
