This simple recipe of Chinese Fried Chicken is absolutely flavorful and delicious!
Crispy Skin, juicy and delicious!
Garlic Bok Choy Recipe • Easy Garlic Sauce Bok ...
Ingredients
3-4 Leg Quarters (Soaked in salted water)
4-5 Cups water
3/4 cup soy sauce
3-4 tbsp sugar
4 cloves garlic
4-6 pieces of ginger
2 stalk scallion (white part)
1 tbsp Chinese five spice seasoning
Chinese Sauce
2 cups Chinese flavored chicken broth
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp mix cornstarch
2 tsp sesame oil
Oil for frying
