Gunas are psychological traits of the human mind. These are of three types - Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. Different proportions of these attributes in us are responsible for differences in our personalities. What are the effects of different proportions of gunas? How can we enhance one guna? These have been depicted through the life of Meera Bai - the epitome of sattva-guna. Her conversations and association with Gopal (Lord Krishna) became the cause for her being suspected and even banished from home by her husband, Bhojraj. He later realized his mistake and recalled her. On Bhojraj's death the in-laws troubled her in many ways. She sought guidance from Sant Tulsidas.
