Andy, aka Chip Foose, tries out his new cotton candy machine for the first time. It was really shiny and looked practically brand new. He was generous enough to make some for all the neighborhood kids.

This is the best video about cotton candy on youtube. That man knows what he is doing and that is a nice machine. It must be a Gold Medal Tornado. They are superior to every other machine in every way. I am lucky to have found this inspiring video.

Actually, on this model, you allow the heaters to heat up prior to putting the sugar in. Once they have reached operating temperature, you dial down the voltage, then add sugar. It's quite simple, once you read the directions.

Hi Andy b I know these machines came out in the 90s but the floss bands back then were porcelain coating now they have a newer floss band can you say how long your floss band have lasted and how do you clean them

Not really. The catch pan is made of aluminum, with the mesh netting held in place by clips. A quick hose down of water dissolves the sugar, and it's clean.
