My last mobile order took 40 minutes to prepare. When I came to pick it up after the 20 minute wait time, I was THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE. The lady working the line, who was on her phone when I approached her, flat out refused to make the two bowls and said they’re “being made in the back”, then went back to her phone. Multiple people came in and ordered right then and there, while I’m was still waiting. It’s impressive how bad the service has become, it’s like they train their employees to be rude and aggressive.

As a former GM the part that got me was the outta lids bit. Too true. I used to get emails basically telling me if I ordered lids on my last shipment I’m screwed, don’t bother asking another store for some because they’re probably more screwed than you. “Use burrito tin foil” they said… Bro…
