I find it difficult to open a PayPal account in Nigeria. I can see you have active one. Please, could you refer to a guide on your channel or website that is actually working now. Most of the guides I read are obsolete.

I already added a random address and I'm able to link and at the same time confirm the card. But while trying to withdraw my fund to chipper cash , it bounces back and says "Denied".... Fill out the form making sure to choose the options of "not a US citizen" wherever required so you don't get taxed under US laws. You should be fine

Withdrawal to bank through PayPal is free while withdrawal to card has an additional fee by PayPal, what so you make out of this

Yes it's always been like this, ACH transfers are chipper than wire transfer, but ACH takes longer while wire is faster

Chippercash doesn't work sir , I contacted them and they said they have technical issues with the PayPal merchant , so I think the only option I have now is the UBA afri-Card

Your can't withdraw to card on Payoneer so for that reason it won't be possible as chipper Cash only gives cards not foreign accounts

@@user-ro5tq6tc6s No you have to use a UAE city if its a UAE account, but just change the main address to what you have on the card then, it won't make sense but it works
