Kurt Russel was fully grown at this time and was in a movie around this time called used cars, and was a minor league baseball player during mid 70's in s team his dad owned.

The building surrounded by water is DWP(department of water and power) in downtown Los Angeles. We got kicked out of there for riding our bicycles there and jumping in the the water. Hahaha. Good times.
