Hello Amanda/Chiquel. Another fantastic alternative hair review. My bio hair was curly and so I immediately went for straight options when I first began my journey a few years ago but now I am wading back into the curly pool. But many pieces have too much hair for my frame. Additionally, I don't know what lighting you use but for some reason, the colors of the wigs you present are spot on with what I have seen when I receive them IRL. Almost all of the other reviews I have seen of Girl Mono in Light Bernstein Rooted, as well as Raquel Welch's Spiced Pumpkin...., look completely different from what I received. I know there are variations from piece to piece but I am finding the lighting plays a huge role, of course. (I was disappointed in all of my tries at a Light Bernstein Rooted but was pleasantly surprised when I received a Spiced Pumpkin....) Whatever light you use, it is spot on for my screen!

That is fantastic to hear that the lighting seems to be spot on! I don't use any artificial light and I don't have the sunlight on me. I always just stand in front of a window with natural shaded light, which I also find the be the best option for lighting. :) Thanks for the feedback! :)

Gosh yes! I have made the Light Bernstein Rooted purchase mistake a couple of times also. If I see a wig I like, I check Amanda's reviews for more accurate colour if possible.

Amanda you explain wigs and their features so well. After 5 years of wearing wigs I get what some of the issues I see are. Some fit tighter and so they look shorter on me. You trying the regular and the large cap made me realize it’s the wig not me that doesn’t work for me.

I just love your reviews..... You have such a calming voice.... If you look at your thumbnail picture it looks Like You have a reddish brown wig on holding The Other ones is that 1 of these styles and If so or if not what is the style and color of that wig because Reddish brown wigs always catch my Eye❤

For some reason, the thumbnail edit went all weird with the colour and the colour is way off. That is actually the same wig I have on in the video.

Excellent review. Thank you. My bio hair is very curly - shaved off atm. The Girl Mono has the most natural curl look. I'm not sure why the other 2 have made the front so... straight from the cap. The Gabor units look like straight hair, curled. If that makes sense 😬

Thanks so much!! I just came across your channel and had to subscribe. It is always SO disconcerting to me when I hear You Tuber's call wigs, "she". I know that's petty, but it isn't a she! Anyway, I loved your commentary and in addition to others, I have two Sweet Talk Luxury wigs. Lots of curl!
