Doc Rob, Wouldn't you do a spine scan first to assess your patient's spine condition before adjustment especially for first timer? Like me I don't have an idea about the condition of my back if I have curvatures or broken rib or slip disc. Would you adjust the knees and ankles too?

Spine scan, not sure what exactly you’re referring to. X Ray, MRI or nerve scan?? These are all great diagnostic resources however they’re not needed all the time. If it’s needed then yes we would refer out to have done before.

Hello po Doc Rob,kamusta po.. i have a problem walking on my left leg/foot and a pain on my lower back,specially to the left part..i couldn’t walk my left leg normally after 3-5 mins.,i am limping my left leg,seems like it’s dragging..i’ve been with this agony since i experience road accident last year of november 2021,i’ve gotten x-ray twice when i rushed to the hospital but they never saw any fractures and dislocation,they’ve just given me oral pain relievers but it never fixed my walking..how many session would you do in my case Doc Rob？
