If chiropractors worked you wouldnt have to come back for the rest of your life. Actual physical therapists will teach you methods and exercises you can do on your own, so you can fix your problems permanently. (As long as you do the exercises)

Normally wouldn't post something like this here of all places but I like to get the info out that yes chiropractic Tiktok is absolutely corrupt and leads to misinfo and the practice doesn't have to look like that!
