In this weeks video we have Dr. Rogini adjusting a patient with a misaligned sacrum and a tight IT Band. This patient frequently runs which can explain the misalignment in her body.
Dr. Rogini uses soft tissue release to ease the IT Band muscle which will overall help align other parts of the body.
