Tbh… Us ladies who marry young aren’t “missing out” on anything, we simply living the life we want to. I met my husband at 15 and we’ve been together since. We now have a little boy and I am so happy. hate when people say I missed out on life. I didn’t. Partying etc isn’t the only way of living. May blessing always come to you and your family, always ❤

GIRL!! I didn’t know you were 20, you carry yourself very maturely. I too was 19 when my husband and I got married. Now I am 22 and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! Life with your partner just gets better and better! We don’t have children yet but we plan to start trying this year💕 age vs maturity is a vast difference. You go girl!! 🤩

I’m 26, about to be a first time mom literally in any day now, if you married young , it’s a flex. You aren’t missing out on anything out here. It’s honestly the same thing going on. Partying drinking smoking whateva. Nothing new. Now, I am not married, but have been in a relationship for two years, I had my own plan that went downhill 😂, I didn’t want to have kids yet , I wanted to date and settle down then have kids, but God said “ Nope” 😂 here we have a miracle baby on the way. ( literally a miracle because I was on birth control… smh but as a result, My family is mending back together after a huge death. It’s bringing happiness etc etc. children are a blessing and I agree to give yourself time! Lol no rush!

I was 21 when I started partying and becoming promiscuous and it serves no purpose. Higher std rate , unwanted pregnancies and depression. Met my husband at 28 and had my daughter at 31 and we've been married 8 years now and these are WAY better times than before. I wouldn't change where I'm at for anything . I’ve been with my husband since I was 19. We didn’t get married till we were 22. 10 years this year. We had our kids at 25 and 27. I kind of wish I had waited until my 30s to have kids. We could have given them so much more. They are 4 and 7 now and I’m still amazed that my kids are not babies. You arnt missing anything.

Lol. Im smiling at the part where u said u joined 70 pounds. I had my first child at 23 and i had always been fit. I gained 100 pounds! I thought i had a driverd license to eat whatever i wanted and i did. So after i had the baby and went home, i was like maybe 20 pounds lighter and i was like...hey wait a minute....where did all of this weight come from? Lol. It took me about a year to lose the other 70 pounds. It was so hard but i did it. It was happy weight because when i looked at my son, i experienced the love of my life. Ive also struggles with an eating disorder in the past ...so ive learned over the years to not obssess over my body, size, weight...God loves me just the way I am. .and that is all that matters.

I would love for someone who asks those questions about being young and married to elaborate on that. Because it’s like she said what is she missing out on. It’s very much damned if you do and damned if you don’t with society. Because here she is being questioned on marrying young but then you have women in their mid 30’s or older being questioned on when they’re going to get married. Everyone’s life and journey on earth is different and if Maya’s journey was to be married at 19 then so be it. There shouldn’t be any “outside wondering” what’s for her is for her and what’s for the next person is for them. Period.

God is really doing a thing in your life but I think some of us single girlies who had watched before your transition to being a wife and motherhood it’s a bit hard relating to your Q & A.
