Iron Man is so badass. The realization that it really is an army. The look of seriousness and determination in his attack. The facial expressions are on point. I'm glad that they always showed Tony from inside the suit. His thought process is on another level.

I like how Bulky MK7 looks, Wartime armor. Clear inspiration from Warmachine. Still disappointed he wasn't involved here, but given he's Military, even as a C.O can't just go AWOL & deploy on your own. Shame tho, seeing Rhodey mow down Aliens here woulda been a sick cameo. Imagine the guts fest.

War Machine appeared in an early draft for _The Avengers_ but was deleted. Probably on the grounds of him being just Iron Man with machine guns. At least he became an Avenger in the sequels, tho.

I agree, let’s not forget 2011 Thor tried to face an entire world of Blue Giants who hated him, 2014 Thor who was facing a once thought extinct race of hyper technological dark elves and the essence of an infinity stone, 2017 Thor who fought his sister, the most deadly creature in the 9 realms and her huge army of undead asgardians, and in Love and Thunder where Thor fought the guy who was killing Gods and then defied all the Gods including Zeus. And captain marvel’s incredibly biased writing had destroyed Thanos’ flagship and fight the Kree Empire…

still anoyed they wasted the early model quinjet shooting at loki, who has long proven himself unharmed by SHIELD weapons of the era instead of using it in defense of the city, where it had already proven very capable of dealing with the lesser invaders. Basically binned their air support for nothing

Stark and Thor is able to provide decent air support whereas the “Quinjet” poor manoeuvrability compared to them, plus sacrificing ground attack may not be the brightest idea.
