I was told to take some time off but I rather work. I rather keep my mind focused on work, than crying all day. I also started working out to keep my mental health good. If this helps you then do it . Take a break when you need it. Everyone grieves differently.

My sincere condolences to you and your family. I'm so sorry and I hope we can bring you comfort as well. I know talking is cathartic for me when I'm going through certain things. I often get amazing advice and words of comfort. It helps. Sending love! I've stopped buying the shower gels bc they dried out my skin (even though I still have a ton). I started buying the moisturizing body washes and I do like those better. I'm curious if the new one's are better. Every so often, I'll use my shower gel after I wash with my dove body wash just bc I love the scent. I'm TRYING to get through them, but it's going at a snail's pace.
