Thin poha/chivda - 250 grams
Raw peanuts -1/2 cup
Raw cashews -1/2 cup
Roasted bengal split gram -1/2 cup
Dry coconut -1/2 cup
Powdered sugar -2 tbsp
Rock salt - 1 tbsp
Chat masala - 1 tbsp
For Tadka:
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds -1 tsp
Hing -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder -1.5 tsp
Curry leaves - 20 to 25
Green chilli - 5
