We are a young Australian couple raising our six beautiful children aged 10, 9, 8, 7, 7, 7! That's right.. with the surprise addition of our sweet baby triplets, we had six children in three years!

Make sure you are asking in local community Facebook pages too if anyone has or knows of a rental coming up or a break lease. Community groups are super helpful and you might be surprised what u can find

Yeah, I remember when Evan and Otto had a Japanese tutor! Gosh, they were so little! It's awesome that Evan is getting back into it now. Learning a language is a lot of work, but so much fun!

I've a daughter a month younger then your twins. She is also very good at speaking and really enjoys communicating with us. She is biligual and understands us both equally good. She already started to connect which language 'belongs' to which parent. It's really impressive how quick little ones master new life skills. Her favourite things are plushies, books, vehicles and any type of sport that involves balls. :) Regards from the sunny side of the Alps (aka Slovenia)

That’s awesome that Evan’s learning Japanese. Maybe you can make a video where you talk about all the languages the kids can speak. I heard that some of the kids took German lessons in their old school. I would really be interested what languages they can speak and how well they speak that language

I wish you only the best of luck in your house hunting endeavors. It's absolutely wonderful that your kiddos all love books! My youngest son recently graduated from college with a double major, one of which is Japanese. He absolutely loves the language and culture. It's quite remarkable that Evan has such interest in the Japanese language.

I live in New Zealand and the housing situation here is just out of control. We own a 2 bedroom townhouse/granny flat built in the 70's with 0 yard space and it's apparently worth $400,000. The neighbours who have a more modern house but essentially the same as ours, 2bedroom granny flat but with a garage, sold a year ago for $650,000. It's insane. We're extremely lucky to have purchased our house from family at $160,000, there's no way we could have paid $400K for this tiny house but that's what everyone else is facing. It's just so bad. In my area of NY people are getting priced out of neighborhoods they've been in a long time. During the pandemic the masses of NYC people fled the city to my area. The results are horrific, in many ways.

Sylvie saying "at the lybeeee" was beyond cute. Her speech is so advanced. The housing crisis is universal, but the bubble is about to burst. Interest rates are slowly climbing, so many home owners are going to struggle to pay the enormous mortgages they shouldered when they paid redicullous prices for bigger and more lavish homes. A housing boom is always followed by a bust. Banks and financial institutions threw money at the suckers who willingly took it.

I feel for you. I have been trying to buy a house for a long time,. I was going to go look at a home on Monday, until I realized no air con, heating with oil, which is just way to expensive right now, then the icing on the cake was the home is wrapped with Asbestos, which is known to cause Cancer. I said no thank you.

I move 5 times once between mid Dec of one year and the start of April the next. The first move was unplanned and very sudden. All moves were not my choice. But the last place I ended up staying in for 4 years. The origional place I suddenly left I had been in for 34 years.

Have the older kids read the Magic Treehouse books? That’s a great (never ending) series for kids that are reading easy chapter books. I also have to plug the Percy Jackson series, but that might be more of an Evan and Otto read.

I know that feeling about having to go to somewhere temporary and put stuff in storage and it’s only me and not a large family so I really feel for you guys. I did notice that birdie was looking around for her twin or playmate I thought it was funny cause I I mentioned that and the Holy Spirit said yes she did she wanted to be a twin. I wanted to be a twin too because I have twin brothers exactly a year and a day older than me and unfortunately my parents were teenagers and they could barely handle the twins let alone me so they put me in the basement for a couple of months during the day I think I don’t know I was just an infant from 3 to 5 months of age and my grandmother found me and got me to the hospital my aunt told me a little bit about being a failure to thrive and my mother just said I was spoiled at the hospital. I have scars that I had noticed on as a young child and I thought something really bad must’ve happened to me when I was a baby. When I had my children I love them so dearly and I love the way that you love your children it’s the same way I loved mine.

She explained in an earlier video about this house owner made a sort of a quick decision on moving into this house which was actually rented out. Also there were a certain area they liked to live in, that was one reason to move. And she explained that a huge family like their is not as much welcome as smaller if it is about renting, unfortunately.

Neither but it’s clearly in both off their genes. She has red hints in her hair and he has freckles. The red hair gene has to come from both parents or children will not be red (even if one parent has bright red hair, their kids will not have red hair if their partner has none in their genes.) It’s the rarest hair colour. This family have some beautiful examples of it.
