To protect our client’s privacy, we don’t mention the price we charged for this install, but a few things you need to consider when quoting this type of job are:
-Cost of Balloons (Be sure you can actually get them in time before you commit, some suppliers don’t have them available) - We purchased 3 extra balloons in case any were defective - that’s almost $100 more
-Cost of Helium - How many total tanks do you need? Can your supplier deliver and pick up at the venue or do you have to transport them yourself? Remember each CloudBusters requires 66 cu ft of helium to float (We used the 40/60 method)
-Cost of the weights - These weights were extremely heavy (10 lbs each). You have to pick them up one by one (we used 60) at your local hardware store, then load them into your vehicle, then unload at your shop, wrap them, then load onto your vehicle again and then to the venue. It sounds simple and it is, but it is time consuming
-You will need a helper(s), not just with the installation itself, but hauling everything around
-Installation - How many hours will you be given to complete the job. This can impact the amount of help you’ll need
-Tear down - time of (usually late at night) and how much time will you be given to tear down
This was one of the biggest jobs we’ve done on a single day and we are very proud to be getting more and more of these massive jobs!
