CAKE RECIPE:
1 egg
130 gr of wheat
130 gr of sugar
30 g of chocolate powder (50%)
50 gr of milk
50 gr of oil
110 gr of strong coffee
1 teaspoon of yeast
Preparation: Beat the egg with sugar, add the oil, coffee and milk and mix.
Sift the wheat with the chocolate powder and baking powder, and gradually add it to the liquid mixture. Bake in oven at 180º for 35 minutes. Let the cake cool
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
130 g semi-sweet chocolate
200 gr of cream
✔A SUGGESTION HERE IS TO USE ONLY NUTELLA, ADDING IT LITTLE DOWN UNTIL YOU FIND IT.
Preparation of Ganache: Take both to melt in a bain-marie, and set aside until it becomes a little firmer.
ASSEMBLY: With the cake cold, knead it with your hands until it crumbles, gradually adding the chocolate ganache until it reaches a point where it is possible to form a ball with the mixture. You may not use all of the ganache.
Form balls of the desired size and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the topping.
ROOF
200 g semi-sweet chocolate
50 gr of oil
50 or 60 g of peanut flour
Melt the chocolate and mix with the oil and peanuts. Dip the balls in the topping and refrigerate.
SUGGESTION: you can just use melted chocolate to coat the chocolates
Pack in lead paper.
