Let the genius in the caboat... It's just the vidéo editing with many cut... You can't watch all! He show you a hand modeling technic ...but in off he use a mold! I'm sculpting designer and i can to say , you can't to have a very clean eagle like that if you use a modeling technic with a chocolate egg and plastic chocolate... It's just impossible! Lol and it's the same for the feathers he make with knife...lol Look at that je do...and look at the feathers at the end...it's not the same! Lol It's just a marketing!...
