For Cake:
57 g - 1/4 c buttermilk
18 g- 1 1/2 tbsp oil or butter
31 g - 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
30 g - 1/4 c all-purpose flour
11 g - 2 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp instant coffee
pinch of salt
Frosting:
2 tbsp softened unsalted butter
2 tsp cocoa powder
small pinch of salt
1/3 cup powdered sugar
a few drops of vanilla
1 tsp. milk
