Ingredients:
all purpose flour 2 1/4 cup (350 grams)
baking soda 1 tsp (4 grams)
salt 1 tsp (4 grams)
baking powder 1/8 tsp ( optional)
butter 226 grams ( 1 cup)
brown sugar 3/4 cup (150 grams)
white sugar 1 cup (200 grams)
vanilla 2 tsp
egg 2 large (100 grams)
mixed nuts 1/2 cup (chopped)
cornstarch ( 1 1/2 tbsp)
Toppings:
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Dark chocolate sauce:
cocoa powder 50 grams ( 7 tbsp)
all purpose flour 4 grams (1/2 t sp)
sugar 100 grams ( 1/2 cup)
full cream milk 250ml ( 1 cup)
dark chocolate 50 grams (1/3 cup)
Baking time: 11x11 pan ( 30-35 minutes)
mini cookies (12-15 minutes)
Oven temperature: 160°c
Pan size: 11x11 square pan

You should always use/put your scale on a flat surface and not on top of a mat or anything uneven.

Pde mag tanong? Paano po tamang storing ng cookies pag hndi nabenta :'( ilang araw po tatagal ang cookies natin bago masira pag d nabenta. May dpat bng ihalo o gawin :
